What is included in package price? Our 2024 Advocacy Package is based on double occupancy and includes: 2 Night Stay at Disney’s Coronado Spring Resort; Opening Ceremony, Dinner and Dance Party Friday evening; Special Breakfast and Activities on Saturday and Sunday morning; park ticket to Magic Kingdom® on Saturday afternoon after 1 p.m.

Can I use my Disney Park Pass? Yes, those holding annual passes can use theirs for Saturday afternoon at Magic Kingdom®. Conference attendees will need to purchase ticket as an add-on amenity for Advocacy Package. Note: Disney FastPass has been replaced. Learn more.

Is there a package price that does not include rooms for those that live near the Orlando area? Unfortunately, no. Our Advocacy Days is a mini-conference that includes activities and dining along with the accommodations. This is all built into a package price. This is the best way to fully experience the event.

Does The Arc of Florida help with finding a roommate for someone who can’t afford a single room? Unfortunately, no. All attendees are required to make their own rooming decisions. Packages are based on double occupancy.

Will I have to pay for parking? No, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort offer free parking for all guests in addition to distinctive dining options and complimentary transportation to parks.

Are wheelchairs available at Magic Kingdom®? Yes, Walt Disney World® Resort offers a host of services for guests with cognitive disabilities. Learn more.

Disney announced changes to its Disability Access Service for its theme parks in Florida and California. The service, which is free, allows those with disabilities to get a return time for attractions rather than wait in a standard line. Learn about the  Disney Access Service BEFORE you go.

Can I use CDC+ funds to pay for this mini-conference? Yes, you can use funds as outlined under Consumer-Directed Care Plus Program Coverage. Please refer to attached Specialized Training Description (code 61 TRNG). Please note: The Arc of Florida is not part of this process.

Will sponsors have to register for conference? Would they have to cover their own accommodations? Yes, sponsors will need to register and cover their own accommodations, unless outlined in the sponsorship packages. Learn more.
